Mom's recipe of Vegetable Chops
Human nature is to evolve and invent to make things better and better in every field. Same holds good in kitchen as well.
My mom, years ago, somewhere read about vegetable chops, and over the period, modified its recipe to make it tastier and full of nutrition.
My wife further modified it to make it healthier by taking out oil part from it.
Here goes the recipe of this delicious and healthy dish.
Ingredients (Quantity: See image for quantity to make 10 pieces):
Cooking
Mix carrots, cauliflower, green chilly, paneer and boiled potatoes and sprinkle salt as per taste.
Make round balls of this mix. Try to keep size not too big.
Press the balls in the middle to shape it like a bowl. Fill green peas in the depressed part and close it.
Now, there are two ways to finish the cooking
Mom's way:
Heat up the oil (Tastes best in mustard oil, but you may choose any of your choice) and fry the raw balls till it gets golden brown from all sides. You may want to turn it in the frying container to uniformally cook it.
Wife's way:
Brush some oil over the raw balls (You may avoid oil completely as well) and Air Fry it in Air Fryer.
Enjoy it with green chutney and tomato ketchup, and obviously with Loved Ones.
Well, feedback is welcome to further improve on it.
